Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesunny.ca :

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement if approved.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, TheSunny is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.


Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims.
All orders are screened and documented before shipment.
