Refund Policy

At TheSunny, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Returns

  • Return Deadline : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns.
  • Product Condition : To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not accept damaged products or products whose packaging has been opened.
  • Proof of Purchase : To process a return, we will need proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can remedy the situation. We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost, or offer you a full refund, according to your preference.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product, as well as a return label, if applicable.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeline : Refund processing typically takes between 5 to 10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds : In certain situations (product damaged after delivery), we may offer a partial refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
