6. Delivery Issues

- Incorrect Address : Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address when ordering. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us for this reason, you will need to pay for reshipment.

- Damaged Product : If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the package and damaged product, then contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
- Lost Package : If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting your local post office. If the package cannot be found, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
